You can place your order on-line, by phone or by mail. To order by mail, print out the PRINTABLE ORDER FORM, complete in its entirety and mail along with your photo or negative, if sending a digital image please name the digital image using your last name and the date. eg jones063008.jpg and send to sales@EnlargeAnyPhoto.com. 2. What types of paper do you carry? * Premium Glossy Yes, we currently have 4 options available: Our frames are really beautiful and an excellent value.
4. Do you gallery wrap canvases? Yes, we currently have 2 options to choose from: A. Thick Gallery Wrap – The canvas is wrapped around a 1½” thick wooden stretcher frame. The image wraps onto the sides for clean modern look, finished and ready-to-hang. B. Thin Gallery Wrap – The canvas is wrapped around a ¾” wooden stretcher frame. Customers choose this thinner piece as a lower cost ready-to-hang alternative or if they are planning to custom frame the canvas themselves. 5. Can you change a color photo to black & white? Yes, we can turn a color photo into a black and white photo. We can also make a color photo Sepia tone as well.
6. What is the best file format, resolution and image size? The best file format, resolution and image size would be 300 dpi jpg or greater. The resolution from most digital cameras works perfectly for our photo enlargement products. If your camera is 5 mega pixel or higher and you've taken the photo at the highest setting you won't have a problem. If you're not sure about any of that, you can check the file size by right clicking on your image, then, click on properties, where the size will be displayed. Images that are 2 meg or higher are great. Images under 2 meg but higher than 700kb are almost always workable, so go ahead and upload those. Files under 700kb may work if the canvas is not too large and the image is clear, feel free to upload those as well with a note in the comments to contact you if there is an issue with resolution. JPEG, TIF and PSD files are all OK. We'll always call you if there is an issue before printing your order. 7. I am scanning my traditional photo/negative/slide and sending it to you in digital format, is there anything I should know before scanning the photo? You can use a flat bed scanner to scan your image at 300 dpi resolution or greater. Save the file in RGB mode using JPG format with the highest quality setting and lowest compression. If you have an old photo and don't have a scanner, you can always send us your photo, along with completed order form and we will scan the image for you. Traditional Prints A question that frequently arises is “Will I get it back? “ Absolutely. We are obsessive about taking care of our customer’s property. That being said, we strongly recommend NEVER sending us a irreplaceable photograph. Packages can and do get lost in transit and we would hate for you to lose a one of a kind image. If you have a treasured photo and no negative or copy we suggest that you have a high quality duplicate made before sending it to us. If you cannot have your image scanned, please be sure to properly package the photos so they are not damaged in delivery, also please mark the envelope "fragile". Negatives/Slides When your order is completed your photo/negative/slide will be returned you. Usually ships seperately from you order 7-10 days after your order is shipped. 8. I have a photo that a professional photographer took, can I get this photo reproduced? The Copyright Act protects photographers by giving the author of a photograph the exclusive right to reproduce the photograph. This includes the right to control the making of copies. If your photograph was taken by a professional photographer you may need to obtain a release. Both on our online order form and our printable order form, you'll be asked to agree to the following statement: "I certify that I own the copyright for this photo(s) or, I am authorized by the owner to make and use a photo enlargement reproduction." 9. How long will my photo enlargement take to ship, and what shipping services do you use? We usually ship your enlargement within 1-3 business days from receipt of your image. Note: If you need your enlargement for a special event please add that to the Order Notes, you will see this when adding a product to your basket. You can also email us at customerservice@enlargeanyphoto.com. Note: Gallery wrapped canvases usually ship within 2-4 business days after receipt of your image. All items are carefully wrapped packaged to prevent damage during transit then shipped via USPS or UPS for Gallery Wrap Canvas Enlargements & Framed enlargements.
Shipping and handling charges are a flat fee per order, regardless of the number of enlargements or the size. 10. I am ordering a photo enlargement as a gift for someone else, will that person be contacted prior to receiving the gift? When you place an order we ask you for the shipping and billing address. We will not contact the recipient in any case, so if it is a surprise, it will remain a surprise. Please make sure to provide us with all contact information including your phone number and email address, in case we have to contact you in reference to your order placed with us. 11. I am ordering online for the first time, and was worried about my personal information? Your privacy is very important to EnlargeAnyPhoto.com LLC and we are committed to respecting your privacy on this site. In order to provide our services, we will require information (including address and credit card information) regarding our users. We will maintain the confidentiality of information provided in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we will provide notice on this Web site regarding any changes to this policy. 12. My order arrived damaged, what do I do? To return a damaged item, please complete our return form, completely fill it out and attach a 6” x 6” piece of the enlargement cut from the middle of the enlargement and return to: EnlargeAnyPhoto.com When we receive the damaged item we will immediately reprint your order and reship, no extra charge. 13.
